- What is the Return and Refund Policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving the item. Purchased items may be returned and/or refunded by the buyer after product delivery, subject to the administration's criteria and approval, with the following conditions:
- Exclusions apply to promotional/on-sale items (free items).
- Return requests are accepted within 30 days from delivery.
- All items must be returned in the delivered condition, along with all their parts and tags.
- Damaged/defective/wrong items may be exchanged, depending on the administration's exclusive criteria.
- Cancellation of items/orders can be made before order completion, and the management reserves the right to refuse any cancellation made after the item(s) has been shipped and/or after the items have already been processed.
- The return fee will be solely borne by the buyer.
- The administration reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds, and each case is subject to the company's exclusive criteria.
- The company is not responsible for any errors in delivery addresses provided by the customer and is subject to the item's return to us before receiving a refund.
- Any change of address is subject to administration approval, and sent/completed orders are strictly non-editable.
- Any resend of items must correspond to the address in the initial order and cannot be changed or replaced by another address, design, or item brand. The administration reserves the right to refuse resends based on incorrect addresses and is not responsible for the buyer's provided address inaccuracies.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, minus shipping expenses, discounts, except in the case of incorrect shipment.

- How do I return my order?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, contact us at contact@artizelle.com, and our customer service team will review the return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

- How do I exchange items?
We can exchange items as long as they are of equal or lesser value. Contact our customer service team for further instructions.

- When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuer within 15 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact the card issuer if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return, here's what to do:
Contact the credit card/bank company. It may take some time for a refund to be posted to your account.

- How long does the return process take?
Return processing may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.
