General Conditions for Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products free of additional charges within 30 days of receipt. Please note the specific conditions below.

  • Return Period: We accept return requests up to 30 days after delivery.
  • Condition of Items: All products must be returned in the condition they were delivered, including all parts and labels.
  • Exchange of Damaged Items: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be exchanged.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation of items or orders is permitted before the completion of the order. The administration reserves the right to refuse cancellations once the items have been shipped or processed.
  • Errors in Delivery Addresses: The company is not responsible for errors in delivery addresses provided by the customer. Refunds will only be issued after the item is returned.
  • Address Changes: Subject to administration approval. Sent or completed orders are strictly unchangeable.
  • Resending of Items: Must be to the address in the initial order. Changes or replacements of address, design, or item brand are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse resends based on incorrect addresses.
  • Refund Process: All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, except in cases of incorrect address provided by the customer.

How to Return Your Order

How to Exchange Items

To exchange an item, contact our customer service team. Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value. Detailed instructions will be provided.

Receiving Refunds

The refund will be credited to the original form of payment. For payments made by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card issuer within 15 business days after receiving the returned item or the cancellation request. If you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account, please contact your card issuer.

If You Have Not Received Credit for Your Return

Contact the credit card/bank company. It may take some time until the refund is posted to your account.

Duration of the Return Process

The processing of returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your returned item. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.
